accident update: parents sues company renting truck, who was
working on road. Court awarded $6 Million in damages to child's
parents. (truck was left in emergency lane overnight, while truck was
fully operational)

closer. The 67 year old driver or the 73 year old passenger were
only slightly injured. Both were wearing seat belts.

A worked on vehicle
on the street The only reason that I include this pic, is due to
the fact that the person who owns the vehicle insists that the car is
in perfect running order, and that he is not working on it, and
didn't understand why I towed it.

thing.
Stolen Vehicle
recovered (the steering column) The perp's had the column put
together with a Nissan key sticking out of the ignition. (the vehicle
is a Honda). I guess they thought we'd be too stupid to figure it
out. They pulled over without a chase.
Money and Drugs.
This was found in the shaving kit in the back seat of a vehicle by a
consent search. About 1/2 oz of marijuana, and 29+ grams of cocaine.
Over $1,000.00 Cash.
Same Seizure
Cocaine Found in a
K-9 Sniff of a vehicle A citizen informed the day watch officer
who works my beat that this individual was selling narcotics (crack)
from his vehicle. The Citizen advised that the narcotics were in the
vehicle. Myself and other officers detained the subject, and searched
the vehicle. One hit of crack was found. A K-9 officer was called to
the scene. The K-9 hit on the center console of the vehicle. This is
what was found. The money was in the pockets of the suspect, and was
seized.

This is 12 envelopes of marijuana found in the same above car.
Money Seized
This is the money seized from the arrest.
Urinating in
Public 11 hits of crack cocaine seized from a dope dealer for
taking a leak next to a liquor store. It was found in his genital
area.
These next four pictures are of a truck driven by a drunk driver
at a high rate of speed, going up an embankment, and flipping the
truck over several times. If you look closely at the last Picture you
will see a bottle of Budweiser in the center left of the photo.

Flooded Street.
Vehicle stuck in middle of street. (even with this vehicle stalled in
the middle of the street and water up to it's windows, other folks
tried to pass, and got stuck with it.)
Atlanta Fire
Works hard on an apartment fire. My hat goes off to these folks.
They really work their behinds off.
An Arsenal if
found on my beat by tri-cities narcotics. Inside the open black bag
is about a pound of crystal meth. (something you really don't see
much of where I work, Crack is mostly the drug of choice)
Lost this shootout
(WARNING GRAPHIC PICTURE) This was a shootout that appeared to be
drug related. If you look between the torso of this individual and
his arm, you will see a .45 Cal pistol. The pistol was cocked to the
rear. There was also a Tech 9 with a 30 round clip on his left side.
This suspect was dead on the scene.

My Patch Wall, in
my office. I Purchased a Casio Digital camera on 12-11-97 and
have been using it pretty well since. This is the outcome so far, as
well as the Ashby St. accident above.

dealers?)

A purple pearl handle
.25 Cal pistol that a 15 year old female decided to attempt to
use in an argument with her 24 year old cousin. The clip fell apart
upon attempting to remove it from the gun.
These pictures are of a dog which was kept on a second story back
porch. The chain which held the dog on the porch was not long enough
to allow the dog to go all the way down the open stairs. The dog
slipped off the stairs and hung it's self. It is amazing to me how
stupid people are, and how easily this could have been avoided.

Okay, here they are, Pictures from Freaknik '98
Picture of folks riding on their vehicle during Freaknik. The
Unlawful Riding Ordinance is strictly enforced.

the van he was
urinating on with his friends in plain view of the public.
The traffic mess during the day, and at night.
Since I was on the Greenbriar Arrest team,
here's me making an
arrest.
A week before Freaknik on Sat. Night, 1998 there was a large party
in Adams park. While working traffic and writing parking tickets in
an effort to get some folks out of the over crowded park, an eruption on gunfire exploded. We ran into the park and did what we
do, and when the dust settled, We seized over $16,000, a pound of
marijuana, almost a pound and a half of cocaine, and we arrested 8
people, in two separate incidents. Here's the pictures.
