History: Diana was not born, but made from the bone, blood, and skin of her father, Kain Mordor, with the help of a mage of a High Council.  Her father, Kain, was a vampire, but she was made to be a gargoyle, as were the other 39 gargoyle children that came after her.  Since Diana was the first of the gargoyle offspring and Kain saw
far more of himself in her than in any of the others, he made her heir and protector of Castle Mordor while his eldest son, Azazel, would be heir to his empire.
Diana and her siblings were raised as warriors, although not very well-deciplined warriors.  Diana led her brothers and sisters into battle when enemies of her father came to attempt to destroy Castle Mordor.  She led them with a will of iron but loved them all dearly.  Because the human servants who looked after the castle hated the gargoyles so much, and because their father rarely visited, the gargoyle siblings depended completely on one another.
And despite how many there were they all loved each other dearly and rarely fought.  For 35 years they guarded the castle and lived happily.  Then one night they recieved a message that was signed by Azazel Blackmane, the only sibling of theirs that they had never met.  The message said Azazel was coming to see his ancestral home and to visit with the brothers and sisters he had never met.
The message said that they had to leave the gates open that night so that he could sneak in without the human servants noticing and they could have a quiet, peaceful visit.  Being young and foolish, Diana allowed the gates to remain open throughout the night.  While most of the gargoyles slept Diana wandered the halls,
deep in thought, and was suddenly taken by surprise and grabbed, dragged out of the castle, then knocked out by someone claiming to be Azazel Blackmane.  Later she awoke to find herself in the woods alone, with noone else around.
Remebering her mistake and what had happened to her, she rushed back to Castle Mordor quickly only to
