Hello !
My name is Claudia, I am Brazilian but I live in Penwithick a small village near St Austell in Cornwall, UK.
I have three Sons from my first marriage. Eduardo who is 22, Daniel who is 18, and Pedro - my youngest - who is 16. They are a loving bunch. I lost my first husband to cancer in 1996.
In October 1998 I met Bob, a Welshman, on the internet, after a few days of chatting he came to Brazil to meet me. We got married in January of the next year, and lived for a while in Cardiff moving eventually to Cornwall. So here I am.
As a child I would prefer to play with coloured pencils than with Dolls. I used to write little books and illustrate them as a real one. I remember one Christmas morning when I was 6 years old, there were lots of presents under the Christmas Tree, but the only ones I was thrilled by were the Colouring Book, a Drawing Book and a BIG box of coloured pencils.
Colours for me are not just colours, they make ALL my senses come alive I can smell them, taste them, touch them and hear them.
In my time I have utilized all kinds of mediums, and I guess that the natural way to progress in this Age of Technology is to try your hand at "Virtual Art".
I first started with "Paint Shop Pro", then after a little while, a friend gave us a copy of "Photo Impact 4.2". Right after that Bob bought "Photo Impact 5" for me. Now, I use PSP and mostly PI 5.
I am still new to this kind of art but I am enjoying it a lot, and the sharing and learning with new found friends at "Stephanie's PI Board". I would like to thank every one of them for what they are giving me, you can find their links on my page.
