| This section contains info on how to get all of the Swords and shields in Majoras Mask. Kokiri Sword:You start out with this sword. You will not be able to get rid of it for some time, so get used to it. It will not break, and is somewhat powerful. Razor Sword:After unfreezing Goron Village and all around it, go to the cabin in the first screen. Pay one hundred rupees and wait a day, and you will have yourself the Razor sword. You should quickly refine this sword, because it goes dull after 100 swipes, and you lose it if you go back in time. Gilded Sword:Win the Goron races, and collect some gold dust. If you don't have the Razor sword already, get it, and then ask to refine the sword again, and you will get it free, but lose the gold dust. This sword, in my opinion is the best of both n64 games. It will not ever go away. It will neve break. It is used with one hand, unlike the Biggoron sword, so you can use your shields. That is just my opinion though..... Great Fairy Sword:If you collect all 15 faries in Stone Tower Temple, and take it to the Great Fairy fountain outside, she will give you this sword. It is a c-button sword, and you cannot use your shield while using this sword. Which is a down side. The power seems to be the same as the Gilded sword. Hero/Hylian Shield:You start off with this shield. It is strong, but cannot reflect light attacks. It is called the Hero Shield, and I think that it is a new shield, because look at the design of it, and the Hylian Shield. See the difference, good, that proves my point. Mirror Shield:At the end of the Well level in Ikana Canyon, you find this. You have to light all of the torches, and then a chest appears. This shield blocks everything that the Hero shield does, and light attacks. This is a must, as most other weapons, in Majoras Mask to beat the game. |
