I love GC because they have true talent, their songs are really good and I can relate to most, if not all of the songs in some way or another. They brought a new meaning of music to my life, and many others I'm sure. There is just something there when you listen to them that makes you feel good and gives you hope. They have done so much to help me as well as many other people to get through some of the hardest times in our lives. They have more than just musical talent, and they care about everybody. They are just great guys, and a great band. GC rocks.

Good Charlotte has great meaningful lyrics that so many people can relate to. The songs they write and perform have a special connection to all of their listeners. To all the people feeling pressured to be like everyone else or trying to fit in, they let you know it's all right to be yourself. It's okay to be different. When life's bringing you down, they let you know that everything is going to be alright. Their music is so inspirational and has had a great affect on so many people. And the way Billy, Paul, and Benji play their instruments so well... and how Joel sings with such...I don't know... emotion? It just makes you cling to the music. That is why I love them.
Carrie:
I love GC because they have helped me through some of the hardest times in my life. I mean, I can relate to almost everything they write, and they care so much about the kids. They don't just write about love and girlfriends and break-ups... they write their music for everyone, and it's always positive and it's always about just holding on and getting through the tough times. High school, and even Middle school, are the some of the hardest times in a persons life, especially with the way people treat other people. It's just wrong. But, GC lets you know that it's okay to be you and that you don't have to fit into that crowd to be someone... and even though we are all human and we all make our fair share of mistakes, we can be forgiven and we can get through it. Thanx so much to GC for caring so much, for being one of the very few bands who actually give a damn about people.

Hmm, because I love the feeling I get when I listen to their first CD for the first time in months, and they put on a wonderful live show. Also, because they haven't pissed me off when I met them... they haven't yet, at least.

Good Charlotte's music is just different than anyone elses. The lyrics really get deep down to you, and so many people can relate to them. They write about real life experiences, from their past. They show you that anything is possible if you just put your mind to it. GC is just all around great guys. I haven't had the chance to meet them, but I bet if I did, they would be just as awesome as everyone else says. And on a final note, Good Charlotte just brightens my day!

There are many reasons for a person to like Good Charlotte. For me, it's their music. There's more than good looks when you think of GC, their catchy beats, and lyrics that get stuck in your head...that you WANT to be in there. They have helped me get through good bright sunny days of hanging out with friends and through the dark, gloomy, rainy days... when I would rather not see another human being. Not only have they helped me, they have helped my friends. I carry my GC CD with me whenever I go out. When I first started taking my CD out, my friends would ask me who they were and I would say, "Just a cool band", since then my really close friends have all bought it. They tell me how the songs have helped them get through depressing teenage days of broken families, death, and school life... and how GC's music helped them see there's more to life than pricks that put you down, parents that just disown you and wish you would drop off the planet, and the people who love and care about you. Those are my reasons for being a GC fan... there is a saying, "There is more than meets the eye", and I believe that is true in GC's case.

I like Good Charlotte because they have amazing and uplifting music. If I feel like shit, I turn on Good Charlotte. The energy they have makes me feel better, gives me confidence, and just makes me smile.

When I first moved to VA, I was depressed because no one spoke to me and I was called a freak all the time and stared at. When I was depressed and cutting myself, they were my only reason to live. The only reason I'm living right now is because whenever I listened to their music, it gave me hope that I would meet them and go see them. Finally I am over what I was going through and I'm more happier.
