Story

The Goat Clans have held mock battles for Baal for eons. Some rare clans were created to grow beyond the bounds of other goats. However, these clans were very weak at first and were beaten and banished to the mortal realm. They seek to better themselves, to train hard and to learn the arcane arts.

Rules

Goats require 2x strength to use armors.

Goats may have resistance no higher than 40%.

No townies until a quest has been completed.

Items

Armor
Quilted and better.

Helms
Only Crowns. Others cannot be worn due to horns.

Weapons
Blunts, Axes, Two-Handed Swords

Jewelry
The chains of amulets are unable to fit over the horns of the goat. However, there are amulets given to chosen goats within the clans that were made with wider chains. These amulets are the ones dropped by Goat Demons (and Satyr Lords in Hellfire).

Enchantment Bans
Nothing "good" sounding, +Light Radius, or Royal.
+Magic can be used only if it is "of the Mind."

Spells

Healing. Others given as quest rewards.

Quests

1) Quest of Speed
Find Mud Runners, Frost Chargers, or Obsidian Lords and let one charge you once. Then find the boss of its breed and kill it.

Reward
You may use Town Portal.

2) Quest of Communication
Kill the Butcher in melee combat and bring his drop to Griswold.

Reward
Townfolk may be used, to a limit. Griswold will not let you buy anything because he refuses to sell his wares to a demon. You may buy from Wirt because he repects you for killing the Butcher. Pepin can't heal you because he does not know about the inner structure of goats.

3) Quest of the Champion
Kill one goat boss from each clan (Flesh, Stone, Fire, Night). This makes you a champion in Baal's fights.

Reward
You may use Gladiator's Bane.

4) Quest of the Warlock
Kill the 3 mage bosses (Dreadjudge, the Vizier, Lazarus) with a different spell for each boss. The spells used to defeat the bosses may be any damaging spell of your choice. During these fights you have may no more than 10% resistance.

Reward
Teleport and the 3 spells you used to defeat the three mage bosses.
