If you're right handed, you are not allowed to use your left hand. Lefties are not allowed to use their right hand. You are allowed to type messages with your left hand, BUT NOTHING ELSE!!! The right hand may do anything it pleases, but the left hand must remain AWAY FROM THE KEYBOARD. (Vice versa for lefties.)
For those of you who are fans of "hardcore" variants here is the hardcore version.
Righties
Right hand: Must be on the mouse at all times (unless typing a message)
Left hand: Cannot do anything (except type messages)
Lefties
