TG = Thunder God

Introduction

While the High Heavens and the Deepest Hells fought for dominance in their own sphere, other Pantheons took note of their conflict. Some of the greatest godly fighters decided to join the Angels in their battle. One of these heroic deities was Thor, Champion of the Aesir and God of Thunder. He is a hot-headed fighter who hates all evil.

Rules

Thor hates being cheated, therefore he will never buy from Wirt.

Thor will distribute his points in a way to gain the most power, at the expense of finesse. Add 2 points to Strength and 3 to Vitality at the first level up, then add 2 points to Strength, 1 to Dexterity, and 2 to Vitality the next. Repeat this cycle. Thor will also buy Strength elixirs over those of Dexterity until Strength is maxed. (2 points to strength, 3 to vit when you level up to an even number. 2 strength, 1 dex, 2 vit when you level up to an odd number.) For non-Barbarian character classes, you may never distribute to magic.

Your magic statistic may be enhanced through enchantments, should you wish to use spells. Your enhanced magic statistic must be kept under your modified Dexterity, so use elixirs wisely. Magic cannot be equal to dexterity, it be under. Thor is a fighter, not a sorceror, but being a God, he does have a certain amount of magic inborn. However, it will always be the least of his abilities.

Items

Armor
Any armor, except rags, is usable. Rags are beneath a God.

Shields
Thor will never use a shield.

Weapons
Thor will use any weapon at the beginning of his quest. However, as soon as he is able, he must use a War Hammer. He will replace any weapon with a War Hammer once he obtains one. He will also replace a War Hammer with a Maul as soon as he is able to do so.

The exception to this rule is that a lightning-hit War Hammer takes precedence over any Maul other than one that also does lightning-hit damage. To be clear, a lightning-hit War hammer will be taken over a Maul, a lightning-hit Maul over a lightning-hit War Hammer. Any unique Maul is usable, but a lightning-hit maul must be used over these. The only unique War Hammers are Schaeffer's and the Thunderclap. Of course, Thor's goal will be to get either of these unique War Hammers (or both). You must use one of them as soon as it is found. If you find both, use whichever you prefer.

Enchantments
Thor will not use certain enchantments, though he's fine with using others. The enchantments that he won't use are...

Bent, Brass, Clumsy, Dull, Frog's, Hyena's, Rusted, Tin, Useless, Vulnerable, Weak, Crystalline, Atrophy, Brittleness, Corruption, The Fool, Fragility, The Jackal, Pain, Paralysis, The Pit, Trouble, The Vulture, Weakness, Decay, or Jester.

If an item has two enchantments, both must be allowed enchantments. If one enchantment is banned, the item is cannot be used. This applies to War Hammers and Mauls, unless they do lightning-hit damage as well. The lightning-hit damage is always usable.

Uniques
Any unique Maul is usable, and the unique War Hammers are covered above. Other unique weapons are not allowed

Thor will not use the Torn Flesh of Souls, Naj's Light Plate, Nightscape, Rainbow Cloak, or the Wisdom's Wrap. They are the tools of wizards. Any other unique armor is ok.

Sparkling Mail is a highly desirable mid-range armor, because of it's lightning-hit abilities. If found, must be worn until something of superior base armor class is found.

The Fool's Crest and the Harlequin Crest are not to be worn, Thor will not tolerate looking like a fool. The Thinking Cap is also banned. It is much too fragile for Thor's rough lifestyle. Any other unique helm is ok.

Thor can wear any unique jewelry except any that takes away from Strength, Vitality, or Hit Points specifically. -All is ok, but not preferred. The Constricting Ring is allowed because it causes you to lose Hit Points, but does not reduce your Hit Point total.

Shrines

Thor will use any Shrine he thinks helpful, but will never touch Goat Shrine or Cauldron, for they are the works of Demons.

Spells

All lightning spells are allowed. These are Chain Lightning, Charged Bolt, Flash, Lightning, Nova, and Lightning Wall.

The other allowable spells are Fire Wall and Ring of Fire. It's cold where Thor is from, so he is good at making huge, stationary bonfires, but this is the limit of his fire magic.

Healing, Heal Other, Holy Bolt (he _is_ a God), Infravision, Identify, Phasing, Telekinesis, Town Portal, Berserk, and Search are also allowed.

Any scroll is allowed if it's of his allowable spells, but no Runes.

Thor has a very short fuse, so use his Rage skill without worry.
