UNLAWFUL DISCRIMINATION COMPLAINT-APRIL 4TH, 2009

My apologies for walking out on you last thursday. I was so blown away by the evil and wickness that
had been directed towards me via the counter-disiplinary charges leveled against me during our short meeting, i just needed
to clear my head and get a grip on what had just occured. I should be used to this after everything i've been through in my life, but these types of body
blows are never easy to take, especially as one gets older...
Irregardless, i think Cabrillo College has made a very, very serious mistake in filing fallicious disiplinary charges against me. They are
so outrageous, i will not even waste my time defending myself from such slander. Anyone looking at this from the outside can see that
this is a vicious attempt to defame and discredit my name and good standing at the College. To me, it is obvious that this attack is also highly
retributive and coordinated in such a way as to punish me for pursuing my challenge and greivance against the college with regards to
the new ILLEGAL "log-in" policy that has been instituted recently at the Library.
I was fully prepared to follow through with my original greivance hearing april 8th, but after being told of the false, malicious, trumped-up,
discriminatory and retributive "terrorist/threat" charges leveled against me, i think it is NOT prudent for me to proceed further with this for the time being.
A bigger, more comprehensive, more systemic level of abuse, discrimination and retribution has now occured, namely; political and religious repression
and discrimination against my right to properly, and without incrimination, challenge ILLEGAL college policy. Its pretty obvious (and i think you would
probably concur) that i am being singled-out, threatened, terrorized, persecuted and attacked for not only exercising my 1st amendment right to
free speech, but for bringing forth my original greivance exposing the ILLEGAL and malicious "privacy violations" that
are occuring in the Library in lieu of the new mandatory "log-in" policy that has recently been established at the Library.
When normal conversations between students and college employee's turn into false, specious, trumped-up, defamatory and slanderous "terrorist/threat" accusations, I'd say we got some pretty MAJOR problems occuring at the college here.

Sesario, I'm not really sure where to go from here... I may file another political/religious discrimination complaint to Sacramento if these fallicious charges
are not immediately dropped against me- in fact, i probably WILL do this. I don't believe another formal grievance is in order at the College, recognizing the culture of fear, intimidation, discrimination and contrived
retributive actions to stiffle and silence dissent that have come out now as a result of my original grievance work.
One thing is for sure, i definately struck a cord here with my original grievance. If nothing else, I at least have confirmation of my original accusations that
Cabrillo College is, in fact, engaged in ILLEGAL spying and surveillance of students use of the Internet at the Library- for THAT, i do thank the college.
I assume you recieved the booklet I left at your office door, "Silencing Political Dissent", by Nancy Chang with the Center for Constitutional Rights. I would
like to have this booklet added to my original greivance file FOR THE RECORD. And thanks for compiling my original grievance support documents from off the Net-
you did a great job in pulling it all together for me. I just hope I will have the fair and proper opportunity to present my case sometime here in the near future-
without fear of retribution or incrimination.
Overall, i believe Cabrillo College has acted unwisely, conspiratorially and in an unwarranted and discriminatory manner in regards to giving me the full
opportunity to challenge what i percieve to be ILLEGAL college policy. I believe i am now being persecuted, condemned, discriminated against (both politically and religiously), threatened,
terrorized and intimidated by certain college officials and employees (and otherwise) in regards to this whole unfortunate affair to date.
I am saddened in my heart that the College chose to pursue this course with me, both as a student, an Alumni, a past employee and as a long time Aptos native
resident of the area. I have even had relatives who have been past employees and students of Cabrillo.
My intent was, and is still, to uphold the Law, specifically our cherished 1st and 4th amendment rights to free speech, religious freedom and personal privacy- for students
and citizens alike at the College. I am trying desperately to help Cabrillo NOT to devolve into the fascist/dictatorial spy and surveillance police state "black-hole"
that is currently consuming our society. But, it seems, every attempt is being made to prevent me from effectively engaging in the opportunity to challenge this threat.
My research and ability to gain the educational skills necessary in order for me to write my book, "Saving the Planet" {http://oocities.com/oldtoby779/planet.html}
is now severely hampered. I've lost precious motivation and time, due to the pre-occupation and energy i am having to spend dealing with this greivance and
all its complications. If i lose my computer access here at Cabrillo, i will have a more difficult time pursuing the research i need in order to pursue my book goals.
So, to re-iterate, I have filed my original grievance challenging the new mandatory "log-in" policy at the Library. There is then a coordinated attack by the College
to file discriminatory counter-charges against me falsely. The outcome being that I am now unable to pursue my original grievance forthright without fear of incrimination and retribution. Similiarily, being designated a new "terrorist" threat, i am now wrongly and unjustly "suspended" from the campus- politically and religiously "banned" would probably be
a more fitting use of terminology- an supreme act of hatred, discrimination and violence in my book. In fact, this new "terrorist" charge fits well within the
religious discrimination parameters of THIS current complaint, particularily in lieu of the fact that I have had previous religious discrimination acts committed against
me with regards to securing a health fee waiver at the college most recently.
As a Muslim, I am only too aware of the harassment and contempt for those of us who adhere to the Islamic
faith in this country. It is worthy to note that there is a major jewish synagogue located near the northern perimeter
of the campus. As well, I have been harassed and forced to show ID (under threat of arrest) in the past for simply
walking onto the campus grounds as a student.
Personally, i wish i had the resources and the expertise to SUE the College for political, religious and retributive discrimination, for this is REALLY what needs to happen
in my particular case. And that goes for the ILLEGAL privacy violation activity outlined in my original grievance......
So, thus said, I will leave it at that, for now.
