NB Daniel Rogers is one of the partners in leases dated 1770 for Burnham Fishery Company

The following are taken from a book of newspaper cuttings dating from mid 19thC mainly about Burnham which was given to the Essex Record Office by a member of the Hawkins family, some pieces are dated, but all are in year order and it is possible to determine the year. T/P 147 Essex Record Office

1883 on the 5 inst at St Margarets, Roath, Cardiff, by license, Geo Bouten youngest son of Peter Richmond, Burnham to Sophie (Tottie) second daughter of Edwin Bowden of Cardiff
