League starts with a game against Westmont.. Go Cards!! :) To fill up some space, I interviewed a friend of mine. Me: Out of what you see in the practice, do you think that this years team is working hard to live up to MP's strong name? Derrick: Definitely, even though many of the players on the team became introduced to the sport during their freshman year, they put in long hours in practice, listen to Coach Padilla carefully, and try to adjust to the new and sometimes difficult technique. The school, including myself, are proud to be associated with the Girls Tennis Team who are still keeping the long tradition of a model work ethic.
