Skating...has
come to Pensacola, since the arrival of the Pensacola
Ice Pilots in 1996. Ice
skating happens at the Pensacola Civic Center, when the Ice hockey season
is in full swing. Support your Ice Pilots, visit them in the "hanger"
 and give a high five
to the mascot "The ICEMAN". |

| The ice can get a little choppy, but it depends on the last time the zamboni has hit the floor. Lessons are given at pretty reasonable rates for adults and kids... So if you need a little brushing up give them a call.. As of 8/13/2000 cost is $6 if you need skates and $4 if you have them. | |
| Ice skaters are our "cousins"...so we must support each other...
But some heavy duty roller skating happens once a year at the Civic Center.
