League play commences Friday, May 1, 2009 and ends on September 25, 2009. A round is eighteen holes. Tee times are from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.during spring and fall. Summer tee times start 30 minutes earlier. Rounds played outside of the announced tee times do not qualify as league play.

A West Hill membership is required at a cost of $35.00 payable before the first round of league play. League membership is subject to termination.

Green fees are payable prior to start of play. Members pay $12.00 per round. Non member guests pay $16.00 per round. Always sign in prior to play.

If play is discontinued due to inclement weather, the pro shop will issue a rain check.

Handicaps are calculated at 80% of the difference between your score and par. Handicaps are established after three rounds and are updated weekly. Last years handicaps will be used for the first three rounds. New members handicaps will be calculated for each round until three matches are played.

Choose your own foursome. Include different players in your weekly match. Fivesomes are not allowed. Get a birdie, get $1.00 (max $10). No "gimmies" on birdie putts.

The lowest team net score wins the weekly pool. Teams are determined by a random draw and their scores are used to determine the low net two person score. The dollar ($1.00) is payable at sign-in.

Observe the rules of golf and golf etiquette. Mulligans are not permitted.

Tee off when the green is clear of players. If you prefer a leisurely round of golf, tee off last.

Maximum strokes per hole are six. Pick up your ball and go to the next hole. Do not take additional strokes. This is intended to help move play along. Count all strokes.

Use continuous putting when backups occur. Don�t be guilty of slow play.

Free lift for balls landing under trees with bark ground cover. No penalty stroke for lost balls under trees. No fishing.

Balls landing in the water on holes fourteen, fifteen and seventeen (14, 15, 17) are assessed one penalty stroke. Place the ball in a way that your next shot does not go over water. On hole 14, place the ball to the right of the water. On holes 15 and 17, place the ball on the opposite side of the water on the same line of flight where your ball entered the water. Seniors 70+ have the option to play from either tee on water holes. Ninety+ can play from any tee.

Soft spike shoes are required.
