Teknotropheo is a greek word which means,
"to rear or bring up the young", hence our vision,
"Bringing up our nation's youth to total development". We are open to serving the youth from any poor nation but currently, our thrust is in the rural Filipino youth between 3 to 30 years of age. We firmly believe that this group of individuals are the backbone and hope of the future at least to their respective community and maybe to their nation. We are involving their families and communities in their development. For us, development must be holistic---emotion, physical, social, economic and spiritual. This is the aim of our banner program, HOPE.

Teknotropheo is composed mostly of people who have the heart to volunteer their time, services, talent, resources and of themselves.

Its leadership is composed of an Executive Staff & Board of Directors.
