As you may or may not know, I am a Community Leader for Television City. As a Community Leader, I'm dedicated to helping anyone in Television City with any problems they may have concerning their web site, or any other problem that you think I may be helpful with. If you're not a member of Television City, don't let that stop you from asking for help. I'm available to assist anyone, and I'm online about 2 hours a day, which gives me plenty of time to answer any e-mails that I receive.

This simply means that I'll be checking out the sites in those blocks to make sure that they're in accordance with GeoCities' guidelines. Of course, I'm sure that no one is in violation of those guidelines, so don't worry about anything if you're in those blocks.
