I made this one for my mom when she had knee surgery. Raspberry Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake is from FoodGeeks.com. Because the top cracked (or just because), I topped the cake with swirls of raspberry white chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate ganache.

Though not mentioned on the FoodGeeks recipe, I baked the cake in a bain marie. I found that the baking time this way was not quite twice that listed in the recipe. Too late I covered the top with foil. I think when I make this again I will keep it covered for all but the last 10-20 minutes of baking to prevent the top from cracking.
