This was my first cheesecake ever attempted. The recipe is from Epicurious.com. This is a great site if you don't mind the incessant popups. No cracks on top, but I think the crust was a bit too thick and rather tough to cut. Regardless, it vanished very quickly one Saturday night. I served this with a sweet lime glaze, but even plain it was delicious.
