The new Wimachtendienk Award program awards those arrowmen how cheerfully give of themself to the chapter and help others seal their membership. The lodge awards each chapter that can meet the brotherhood Conversion rate by have at least 30% of the current chapter membership seal their membership in the lodge. This is the first year for the Award. It is our pleasure to award WE as the first recipiant for this award. May all chapters next be recipiants of this award.
