Are you an Unemployed American? If so welcome to the most underrepresented segement of US Citizens. As the time goes by you search for hours after hours day by day for jobs and send out countless resumes with little if any responses you start to lose faith in yourself.   Your friends cannot believe someone like you is unemployed let alone for as long as you have been. It is time to start asking why!   Why are American citizens discriminated in the job market.   Ask your congressmen/women and Senators why they have not taken action to protect American jobs. Our Government has since 1998 been working to undermine our rights to fair wages to allow big business to cut cost by hiring foreign scab workers under H1B and L1 visas.   While there are millions of Americans out of work our government is allowing large companies to move thousands of jobs overseas in what they call offshoring.   We have state and federal jobs going to unqualified foreign workers while Americans cannot seem to qualify for the jobs. While the government says we must reduce our dependence on foreign oil it is moving to increase our dependence on foreign labor.   Many states are using Indian companies to manage their data.   Do you really want your personal data being held in India? Do you want your medical records stored in India.   What are the requirements for HIPAA in India.   What guaranties do we have that data held in a foreign country will be safeguarded. How long will it be before GE is building cluster bombs in India?

As President Bush fights the war on terror many of us Americans have already lost.   His failure to protect the jobs of citizens has crippled our economy.   While the very wealthy are profiteering at every step using H1B and L1 visas and Offshoring American citizens go without. Remember the tax cut which benefits only the very wealthy.   The same people you see with salaries beyond belief who steal from their on companies got a tax break to create jobs.   This makes no sense at all. President Bush where are the jobs? Now as so many Americans are out of work our government is trying to overhaul the overtime pay of those lucky enough to have jobs.   Is there any protection for American worker? We need to sweep all the incumbents out of office at every election through and including November 2004. We all are effected by the actions our government made to allow American Companies to displace American workers with foreign scab labor.   Our state governments are out of money because so many of us who earned a healthy wage now are lucky to see a few thousand dollars a year.   We paid high taxes, but we had jobs and our states were doing alright.
