This studio is located on the top floor of an eight stories building, whose privilege ocean-front position provides the studio’s terrace with a unique view of el Malecon –Havana’s most sought after area–, the Caribbean sea and one fair half of the city.
This relatively small, 28 square meters, but
very cozy studio apartment includes pantry and bathroom. You rent the whole
place, your privacy is guaranteed.
Two French Windows provide a nice watching of Havana’s life from the loft, perfect for all activities day and night. Because it’s quite you can also choose to sleep during the day and catch up with the entire night life of the city.
During afternoon and evening the terrace, which has 21 square meters with views toward north and east, is a major attraction for chilling and relaxing, sharing a good conversation or having a nice dinner.
The building has an elevator that is driven by
a neighbor, Monday through Saturday from 07.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to
21.00, otherwise one has to use the stairs. If you are not in
good-physical-shape we suggest you consider other options, like our first and third floor apartment.
