Never catch your own bugs. They could
have harmful toxins or the could have
   ingested a harmful chemical.

Crickets
These, in my opinion, are the most
common food for frogs in captivity.
   Visit the
GUTLOADING page to find out how to get the most nutritional value
out of your crickets and other insects.

Hissing Cockroach Nymphs
I've heard these can be fattening. They
can escape very easily, so be sure that
there are no escape routes for them.

Buy my cockroach nymphs to feed
  to your herps!

Mealworms
I've never fed these to my frogs, but
I've heard that they are EXTREMELY
FATTENING. Could be good for a skinny frog or a frog recovering from disease.

Pinky Mice
Definetely fattening. White's Tree Frogs enjoy them a lot. If you can hand feed your frog, frozen pinkies are very good, although they must be thawed first!
(Duh.) You can also feed live pinkies.
