| ADVOCACY OF CITIZENS TRANSFORMING SOCIETY (ACTS) The ACTS is a non-stock, non-profit, and Non-Government Organization, a movement established to reach out the outcast of society, and extend to them services to emancipate them from the bondages of poverty, corruptions, sinful lifestyles through proper christian education integrated with the Word of God and the preaching of the Gospel of Salvation in Christ Jesus. since 2004, from the start of its operation, the ACTS is helping out-of school youths to continue their education in High School and College. We are supplementing the Department of Education for the Alternative Learning System (ALS). This mission was birthed from Loving God Church, where Bishop vic Vergara saw the needs of many youths in Floodway, Riverside ans other urban poor comunity in the town of Cainta, province of Rizal, East of Manila Philippines. This is not the only place but many places in Metro Manila behind those attractive buildings hide the urban poor and slum dwellers. Those poepl were victims of circumstances and the insufficient program of our government to emmancipate them from poverty needs the help of the church to reach out these people. from the perspective of Bishop vic Vergara, the Church and The government should work together to solve many problems of society. Today many youths attending the Loving God Church recieved hope to shape their future through continuing education program provided by the ACTS.
