All ISP's suck some are too expensive but work moderately well. Some are cheap and don't perform worth a @&*#. I found one that is cheaper than AOL & more expensive than Juno/Netzero. It's reasonably dependable, too.

I pay $12.95 per month and $2.00 service charge wether I pay for 1 month or 12. I may have problems sending mail so I use a FREE hotmail to send on those days. I always get my famvid.com e-m and then I save the text to a folder in my computer so I can't lose it. Same Size Scan, Different Resolutions 75 DPI
100 DPI : 150 DPI : 200 DPI : 300 DPI : 400 DPI : 500 DPI : 600 DPI : 1200 DPI : 2400 DPI
On my 19" screen, 75 DPI is nearly exact same size!
