At the Great heavenly Blackout, our Lord Jesus will appear in the cloud. He will then sent His angels to gather His elect from the four corners of the earth. Matt 24: 30-31; Mark 13:26-27; Luke 21:27. At the twinkling of the eye, the mortal bodies of these overcomers (elects) will be changed to the glorious bodies. The dead in Christ (the elect only) will rise first, followed by those who are alive. They will then meet the Lord in the cloud and He will then take them back to heaven.
"Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other." Matt 24:30-31
For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. 1Thes 4:16-17
Rewards awaits the elect (faithful)
"For the Son of Man will come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and then He will reward each according to his works. Assuredly, I say to you, there are some standing here who shall not taste death till they see the Son of Man coming in His kingdom." Matt 16:27-28
So Jesus said to them, " Assuredly I say to you, that in the regeneration, when the Son of Man sits on the throne of His glory, you who have followed Me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel." Matt 16:27-28
The faithful are Christians who abide (living out) in His word and commands. They will be caught up to the cloud to meet the Lord and will be with Him forever

Rewards will be given to them and they will rejoice in the Lord. Many will be rewarded with crowns to rule with the King of kings.
His lord said to him, ‘ Well done, good and faithful servant; you who were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’ Matt 25:21
Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing. 2 Tim 4:8
The coming of the Lord is like the lightning, in the twinkling of an eye after the whole heavens become absolute darkness called the great heavenly blackout.
Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed – in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 1 Cor 15:51-52
For you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night. For when they say, "Peace and safety!" then sudden destruction comes upon them, And they shall not escape. 1 Thess 5:2-3
All those who are left behind (after the Rapture) on earth will suffer tremendously. The whole heavens seem to be out of alignment. Great earthquakes will be everywhere as though the whole heavens roll up as a scroll. The Devil having been cast down to earth will put his wrath on all mankind especially Christians. Christians who refuse to bow down to the antichrist or the devil or accept his mark or `666' will suffer greatly by the torture and killing under the wrath of Satan.
Christians who are evil and wicked (worldly and carnal)
"But if that evil servant says in his heart, My master is delaying his coming, and begins to beat his fellow servants, and to eat and drink with the drunkards, the master of that servant will come on a day when he is not looking for him and at an hour that he is not aware of, and will cut him in two and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites. There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth." Matt 24:48-51
Christians who are not watching (sleeping or drunk)
"Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect." Matt 24:44
"Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour in which the Son of Man is coming." Matt 25:13
"But know this, that if the master of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched and not allowed his house to be broken into." Matt 24:43, Luke 12:39
"Remember therefore how you have received and heard; hold fast and repent. Therefore if you will not watch, I will come upon you as a thief, and you will not know what hour I will come upon you." Rev 3:3
"Behold, I am coming as a thief. Blessed is he who watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked and they see his shame." Rev 16:15
Christians who deny Him (not trusting His words, teachings and promises)
"For whoever is ashamed of Me and My words in this adulterous and sinful generation, of him the Son of Man also will be ashamed when He comes in the glory of His Father with the holy angels." Mk 8:38
"For whoever is ashamed of Me and My words, of him the Son of Man will be ashamed when He comes in His own glory, and in His Father’s, and of the holy angels." Luke 9:26
"Also I say to you, whoever confesses Me before men, him the Son of Man also will confess before the angels of God." Luke 12:8
Christians who betray the Lord (teaching distorted doctrines)
"The Son of Man indeed goes just as it is written of Him, but woe to that man by whom the Son of Man is betrayed! It would have been good for that man if he had never been born." Mark 14:21
"And truly the Son of Man goes as it has been determined, but woe to that man by whom He is betrayed!" Luke 22:22
Christians who practice lawlessness (righteous works not according to His will)
"The Son of Man will send out His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and those who practice lawlessness, and will cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth." Matt 13:41-42
"Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’ Matt 7:21-23
Christians who have no compassion (selfish and covetous)
"Then He will also say to those on the left hand, ‘Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels: ‘for I was hungry and you gave Me no food; I was thirsty and you gave Me no drink; I was a stranger and you did not take Me in, naked and you did not clothe Me, sick and in prison and you did not visit Me.’ Then they also will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not minister to You?’ Then He will answer them, saying, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to Me.’ And these will go away into everlasting punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.’ Matt 25:41-46
Christians who do not walk out their faith (Nominal and lukewarm)
But do you want to know, O foolish man, that faith without works is dead? You see then that a man is justified by works, and not by faith only. For as the body without the spirit is dead so faith without works is dead also. James 2:20,24,26
"So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth." Rev 3:16
All these Christians today, if they continue in their wicked ways, will miss the Rapture and may lose their salvation during the period of the wrath of Satan. Their destination may be the lake of fire unless they repent of their wicked ways.
"But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death." Rev 21:8
All the above-mentioned Christians, if they do not repent of their ungodly or unrighteous ways, but continue to live a worldly and carnal life, will be deceived. Then they will have to face the Great Tribulation and the wrath of Satan if they miss Rapture. If they fail to overcome the deception of the Devil by accepting the mark of the Beast, they will be condemned to eternal damnation or the Lake of Fire.
