| About this site Earendil was moved here to geocities on 2nd June 2004. It was previously known as One ring, which (the name) lasted until 15th June 2004. Earendil was started on December 11 2003 as a site to keep me occupied during the december holidays. It started out as a simple site with a pinkish layout and backgrounds at the back and a small fanclub and little sections, then progressed to a totally viewable background and more stuff in it such as banners, fanart and more. HTML was added after a course on it and after registering at Bravenet.com, and a tagboard, tell-a-friend,guestmap, and polls were added, and I added some quizzes. Just so you know...Earendil is the light that Galadriel gave frodo..."May it be a light for you when all other lights go out." About Me I was born in Singapore on December 1992, with a christian name of Esther. From young, I enjoyed watching films and going for roller coaster rides and enjoyed writng on my dad's computer. About sometime last year, I discovered my elvish name through a elven name translator, Elemmire. It has since been my "online name" and I have been known as that on the net. My hobbies are keeping websites, emailing friends, swimming and writing. Honestly, anything that keeps me occupied! I enjoy making friends on the Internet and emailing them often......yeah, so do email me if there's any query, suggestions, comments or just a word of anything...it's a joy to see emails in my mailbox everyday. I started websites about two years ago, but at that time I was really just experimenting with web "ingredients". My first website was on Geocities, but I decided that it was too advanced for me, moved to a www.cyberwebsearch.net account and porgressed to freewebs.com . After being with freewebs for a few months, I decided to try Geocities again. To my family, I am the most IT savvy member of the family. I enjoy staying on computer for long nights on end and a internet based program just makes my day, like Adobe Photoshop. I have been begging my parents to get me that for years and it turns out I have to wait as the program is not found in Singapore, at least for me. If you belong to singapore and know any place where I might buy the program, please do email me immediately. It would be appreciated. I have three emails where you can email me now.
