New or Used?  Alot of new equipment can be purchased by catologues, as well as through your beverage and food purveyors.
For used equipment, one must go to their store and examine.  Take good notes, shop around, and take Poloroids of equipment that you are interested in before your final purchase.  Get to know your prices as well.
You might also want to check out some of our other sites, such as
Furnishings or Interior Decorating.
NOTE:  Health Department, Building Inspection &/or Fire Department (as well as lower your insurance rates) may require certain distances and placement of equipment, furnishings, bathrooms (handicapped accessed). See Certifications for links and tips.  Please check into this.
